Once you have placed your order with us, we will e-mail your wording proof to you within 72 hours. Once we have recieved back your approval via e-mail, we will start production.
*Please note that we will require payment prior to work commencing your order.
All orders will require 25% non refundable deposit.
Any remaining balance will be due prior to dispatch. We will confirm this with you. We will advise you on a delivery date when you place your order but we aim to have them dispatched within 4-6 weeks, depending on the size of your order and work load.
You are totally responsible for proof reading your stationery, We will require a signature from you to say you are happy, before it goes to print.
Any mistakes unnoticed after confirmation will be your responsibility and may incur additional costs if your order has started.
Any changes after the order has been started again may occur additional costs. All alterations and changes will have to again be proof read and signed for.
It is recommended that you order all the stationery you need as there is a risk that colours may vary from order to order for us.
Everything is handcrafted, my designs cannot be copied
All our orders will be sent royal mail recorded delivery with proof of postage. We will let you know when your order has been sent.
In the unlikelihood of the parcel going missing we will not re-send until we have proof of this. And some of the stationery will have our details on the reverse in small.
